Unshrinking: Reclaiming Your Space A 4-Week Virtual Group for Women Tuesdays, October 13– November 3, 2026 · 6:00–7:15 PM ET Do you minimize your needs, go quiet, or take care of everyone but yourself? It's not who you are, it's a learned pattern, and you can shift it. This 4-week psychoeducational group helps women notice where they've learned to shrink and build real tools to take up space again. Each week: Learn a concept, Reflect on your life, Practice a skill live, Apply it before we meet again. Weeks: (1) Naming the Pattern (2) The Cost of Shrinking (3) Boundaries as the Antidote (4) Worthy As You Are Details: Virtual · 4 weeks, 75 min/week · Groups of 4–8, closed enrollment · Women 18+, located in GA or SC · Psychoeducational, not therapy, works alongside individual counseling · $75/session ($300 full course), pay in full or 2 installments · Enrolls and paid in full by Oct 9 Is this you? 18+, in GA/SC, can attend all 4 sessions live, understand this isn't therapy, and aren't in active crisis or recently discharged from higher-level care.
