Service Description

Before joining Unshrinking: Reclaiming Your Space, every participant completes a brief 15-minute intake conversation. This helps make sure the group is a good fit for you and for everyone in it. The $25 intake fee is separate from the group's course fee, if you're accepted into the group, it's credited toward your course fee.
